Peach-Orange Smoothie

Try this peach-orange smoothie recipe, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun or refueling after a great workout!!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (or good quality store-bought like Simply Orange)
  • 1 cup peach yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
