  • Tricep Dips (12 reps)
  • Glute Clenches (30 reps)
  • Seated Crunches (15 reps)
  • Scissor (15 reps)
  • Seated Leg Lifts (15 reps)
  • Desk Squats (20 reps)
  • Wall Sit (30 seconds)
