TRAINING OPTIONS

YOUTH TRAINING (AGES 9-14)

This fun, educational program introduces basic speed, agility and functional strength movements to your child. Our goal is to empower youth by demonstrating how and why to work out so they can succeed in sports and their personal fitness.

ELITE (AGES 15-18)

This program builds upon the foundation of strength, mobility and coordination developed in Youth Training. Our Elite program is athletic performance training for serious athletes looking to take their game to the next level and train like the pros. Our strength program focuses on appropriate lifts, proper form and incremental improvement.

COLLEGE ELITE (AGES 19-22)

This program trains college athletes pre-season and off-season at a higher level of intensity to prepare them for their upcoming season.

TEAM TRAINING

1 Team, 1 Trainer, 1 Goal. No one does team training like Explosive Perfor-mance! We've trained over 50 championship teams spanning most every sport, including the 2012 gold-medal-winning US Women's Soccer Team. Your team's EP trainer will develop a custom program to fit the needs of both coach and athletes, all on your team's schedule. Onsite & Offsite options available.
