Rewrite your narrative that you “GET” to workout versus you “HAVE” to workout. Embrace a spirit of gratitude for the opportunity to go to the gym to be fit and healthy.
Accountability: Even if you do not have a trainer, make it a habit to set your own appointments for your workouts every week, just like your work meetings and zoom calls. Show up for EVERY workout and hold yourself accountable for missing them as well. Honor your

Train your weaknesses: Most of us work on the things in which we already excel. Strong people tend to work on weight lifting and strength. Aerobically fit folks prefer cardio and high intensity activities. People with above average balance and mobility lean towards yoga and Pilates classes. To be a healthy, well rounded and balanced individual, you need to work on all three: strength, flexibility and stamina.
