With our extended fitness center hours we can create a program schedule that is convenient, with different price options to fit your budget. We offer 30 minute sessions or 1 hour sessions and you can train from 1 day a week up to 5 times a week. Whether you want a single session or a long term commitment, our personal training programs are flexible enough to meet your needs. Prefer to work out with a friend or family member? We have group training sessions as well. The workouts change every other day and incorporate weight and strength training, cardiovascular endurance, core training and flexibility.
