Now more than ever, we know how important our physical, as well as mental health is!  Exercise boosts immunity and will help you feel happier and live healthier!                                    We're here to help you get back on track with your fitness routine and look forward to serving you.

Here's What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe

We are continuously cleaning and preparing our facilities with the most comprehensive disinfectant systems and sanitation protocols, along with development of our Guidelines & Protocols for the club Teams. 

Safety Measures at the Club

Social Distancing Guidelines

We will continue to follow the CDC and state health guidelines to facilitate social distancing, and want to ensure that you are comfortable with enough personal space for your workout.  Please be courteous and allow for enough space between your workout and other members.

Increased Spacing Between Equipment

You will notice deliberately increased spacing between equipment. We are also asking members to limit their total time on each piece of equipment.

Group Fitness Classes

We're excited to expand our class schedule with your favorite classes and have added a 15-minute buffer between classes for cleaning.

Locker Room Guidelines

In the locker rooms, for your personal space and comfort, please allow enough space for social distancing between you and the nearest member.

Pools And Sports Facilities

Our pools and racquet sports are open at the clubs.

What You Can Do

Helping to keep our communities safe and healthy is top priority and these are a few things you can do to follow the current CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Most importantly, if you feel sick, have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing or in the last 2 weeks been in close contact with a person suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, please stay home to rest and recover.

Washing your hands

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

Using a hand sanitizer

Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

Social Distance

Avoid close contact with people who are sick, even inside your home. If possible, maintain 6 feet between the person who is sick and other household members.

Bring Your Own

Please bring your own towel and yoga mat if desired. Face masks may be required depending on the regional mandate.
