We have been cleaning and preparing our facilities with the most comprehensive disinfectant systems and sanitation protocols, along with development of new Guidelines & Protocols for the club Teams.

We are utilizing industrial deep cleaning systems including Victory Hydrostatic Sprayers for daily deep-cleaning of all surfaces throughout the club on a continuous basis.
For more general, ongoing cleaning, we are using a hospital-grade and EPA registered disinfectant solution that kills viruses.
We have dramatically increased the number of sanitation stations throughout the clubs, which include hospital-grade disinfectants for members to wipe down the equipment before and after use.
We have also installed and placed additional hand sanitizer pumps throughout the clubs for more access and convenience.
We have purchased and have installed AirPHX in every club that we operate.
We believe AirPHX to be the world’s most effective air and surface disinfectant, and sanitizing devices on the market.
AirPHX uses its proprietary technology to kill microbes, germs and viruses, including coronavirus; in the air and on surfaces, including equipment surfaces, 24/7.
LEARN MOREWe are closely following the CDC and state health guidelines to facilitate social distancing, and want to ensure that you are comfortable with enough personal space for your workout.
There will be arrows throughout the Clubs indicating walking pathways to keep social distance.
There will be cash-less drink and food transactions, along with a temporary hold on making smoothies.
You will notice deliberately increased spacing between the cardio equipment, with every other piece of cardio equipment available for use. We are also asking members to limit their total time on each piece of equipment.
The availability of group fitness classes will be determined by state guidelines. Upon opening, class capacity will be reduced. You’ll notice fixed “decals” on the floor to designate personal workout spaces. We will also be hosting more classes outdoors, and we are adding a 15-minute buffer between classes for cleaning.
In the locker rooms, every 3rd locker will be available to allow for social distance, and for your personal space and comfort.
The opening of our pools will follow the state’s guidelines. Please check your regional club update for more details. There may be limited activities in the basketball and racquet court areas.
Whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas will be temporarily closed.
Helping to keep our communities safe and healthy is top priority and these are a few things you can do to follow the current CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Most importantly, if you feel sick, have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing or in the last 2 weeks been in close contact with a person suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, please stay home to rest and recover.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick, even inside your home. If possible, maintain 6 feet between the person who is sick and other household members.
Please bring your own towel and yoga mat if desired. Face masks may be required depending on the regional mandate.
For many of you who are enjoying our at-home, online solutions with TRX, Les Mills and Train Heroic, we will continue to offer these convenient options, free of charge.
If you’ve been one of the hundreds of thousands of viewers of our Facebook Live classes, you’ll be happy to know that our Live classes will continue to air! We’ve had so much positive feedback and an overwhelming number of weekly views, that we will be launching a new Onelife Fitness OnDemand service so you can stream live and recorded videos anywhere and anytime. More details coming soon!
Once again, from the bottom of the hearts, thank you for being part of our family, and thank you for all your support and understanding! We can’t wait to see you in our clubs again soon! We are Family.
