Meet SILA. Sila spent the summer traveling through Europe enjoying great adventures and incredible food! When she returned home, her clothes didn’t fit and she couldn’t believe the scale showed 183 pounds.
She turned to Aaron, her personal trainer at the club for help and he put a fitness and nutrition plan together to get her back on track. Her program focused on functional movements along with cardio workouts.
