The key is to GET STARTED! It only takes 21 days to build a new habit! 
 
COMMIT to a regular routine and stay on track!  Add your workout to your calendar and set an alarm or alert! (make it a priority, not an option!)
 
NO PLAN? NO PROBLEM! We've got you covered! Check out our Group Fitness class schedules and we'll take care of the workout for you. Whether you're looking for strength training, cardio, building lean muscle, flexibility, mental relaxation and more, we've got all the classes to fit your needs!  
Bonus: Find a friend to help hold you accountable. It's more fun working out with friends and you'll make friends in our amazing group fitness classes!
 
HYDRATION is VIP! Go for a gallon of water daily! And do your best to get 7-8 hours of SLEEP! (Sleep helps rebuild your body and encourages lean body mass, reduces bloating & much more)
 
Remember the importance of COOLING DOWN & STRETCHING! You can always hop into the pool at the end of your workout for a total refresh! Cooling down & stretching is a good time to concentrate on the unparalleled emotional benefits of exercise too!
