Hotel Room Full Body Workout (video)

Hey Guys! It's Meghan, this whole week I'm in beautiful Jackson, Wyoming with my family on vacation. It's a great place to come and stay active, we went white water rafting, hiking and today I went for a long distance run. Forthose of you who do not like to run, I created this quick full body dynamic workout you can do in your hotel room. No weights needed, just your body, phone/timer and some space.

Each round only takes 8 minutes, 24 mintues total. No excuses! 

  1. 30 second Dynamic Movement - Jump Lunges 
  2. 30 second Static Movement - Pulsing Lunges, both sides

30 second REST

  1. 30 second Dynamic Movement - Push Ups
  2. 30 second Static Movement - Push Up HOLD

30 second REST

  1. 30 second Dynamic Movement - Up/Down Planks
  2. 30 second Static Movement - Plank HOLD

30 second REST

  1. 30 second Dynamic Movement - Jump Squats
  2. 30 second Static Movement - Squat HOLD

30 second REST

  1. CARDIO ROUND - 30 Second BURPEES

30 second REST

  1. CARDIO ROUND - 30 Second BURPEES

Repeat 3x = 24 MINUTES!
