ICE ICE BABY!

You've got a license to chill with this cool and delicious PLUM-RASPBERRY ICE magical potion! 

Not only is this ICY-TREAT visually beautiful and healthy, it's super-tasty and a breeze to make! And remember, you can prepare this frozen treat with virtually any fruit! 

Ingredients:

2 plums, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup dry white wine

1 Tbsp honey

1/4 cup frozen raspberry concentrate (add fresh raspberries if you desire!)

2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice

 

 

Preparation: 

Place all ingredients plus 1/4 cup water in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker directions. If you aren't equipped with an ice cream maker, pour the blended ingredients into a shallow, metal pan. Then cover and freeze until nearly solid (about 6 hours) ...Then break mixture into chunks and throw back into the blender or food processor and blend until smoooooooooooooooth. Return to the freezer or enjoy right away. You can elegantly serve as you would a fine sorbet. Serving in a martini glass always looks super-cool and showcases the color of the fruit! (as well your chef-like skills and style!)
