The trend of toast is so popular because not only is it made to look aesthetically pleasing, but tastes so good it's hard to believe it can be healthy. The ingredients are simple, quick to whip together, and most importantly....yummy!

#1: Almond butter + sliced banana + chia seeds + cinnamon

  • Chia Seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium

#2: Avocado + over easy egg + feta + pepper

  • Avocados are loaded with fiber, Heart-Healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids, and contain more potassium than bananas

  • Hummus has health benefits that helps out with weight loss and reduces belly fat
